CAPTAIN’S FEE
All our rentals are captained boats to make sure you have a safe, fun and memorable lake day!
Captain’s Fee is not included in the booking price and is 20% of the total booking price. It is cash or venmo only and due the day of your booking at check-in!
TIME SLOTS
Morning time slots start at 10am but we can start as early as 8am. Please send us a message on your preferred start time!
Evening time slots always start at 3pm and can run as late as 9pm for extended rides!
CANCELLATION
Cancellation policy: Customers will be refunded the total, minus cost of first hour if cancelled 7 DAYS OR MORE prior to rental date. After this date, customers will receive 100% credit to be used for a rescheduled date.
Customers will also receive a refund in case of operator cancellation due to severe weather. Contact us by phone or email to cancel, inquire about a cancellation or changes in reservations.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
